We draw from New Canaan and all the surrounding communities. We strive to offer precisely what our educated audience seeks out. Iron sharpens iron! We are hands-on owner/operators. We pay close attention to our clientele's requests and continually strive to meet their needs. We have a finely curated selection of the highest-quality vitamins, nutraceuticals, homeopathic remedies, organic foods, and an extensive gluten-free section.

Margaret and Jim — Owners and operators
Margaret and Jim are hands-on owner/operators and will mark 22 years of ownership in December 2026. Jim’s background is steeped in finding the highest quality products in a timely manner. We source directly through the manufacturers or their trusted distributors. Margaret’s background is in the application of wholesome foods and nutraceuticals, and she holds a Ph.D. in Health Science.
